The aim of this research is to find out partially and simultaneously what happens between reward, punishment and motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank BJB Tangerang Branch Office. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with a sample of 45 employees. The results of this study indicate that rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven through a partial test (t test). or 2.172 > 1.68195. Punishment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven through a partial test (t test) the results of the t test obtain a significant level of 0.000 or less than (0.0000 < 0.05) and the value of tcount > ttable or 4.396 > 1.68195. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven through a partial test (t test). The results of the t test get a significant level of 0.000 or less than (0.0000 < 0.05) and the value of t count > t table or 5.994 > 1.6819. Giving reward, punishment and motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be proven through the f test. Ftable (df = n-k-1 or 45-3-1 = 41) then the value of Ftable is 2.83, so that Fcount > Ftable or 76,473 > 2.83 and a significant value of 0.000 or 0.000 < 0.05.
