This research leads to the effect of compensation, training, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Arga Anggala Sentosa, Tangerang City. This study uses quantitative methods. The population and sample of employees are 413 people with a slovin sample of 81 people. Data collection techniques, through observation and distributing questionnaires to employees using the SPSS version 25 application. The data analysis technique in this study used the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing such as t test, f test, and R2 determination test. The results of this study indicate that partially compensation, training, and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And simultaneously the variables of Compensation, Training, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
