Abstract

This study aims to determine: the effect of motivation, discipline and work environment on employee performance at CV. Gino Guruputra Kab. Tangerang and the population used were 52 respondents. And the technique used is using simple random sampling or slovin technique. The data analysis techniques are validity test, reliability test, normality test, descriptive statistical analysis test, simple linear regression test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple regression analysis, determination test, t test (partial) and f test. The results of the research that have been carried out prove the results of all questions stating Valid and Reliable. This can be proven from rcount which is greater than rtable, namely: 0.354. Research hypothesis The t-test value is greater than ttable, namely: tcount for motivation is 2,957, Discipline is 3,284, Work environment is 3,974 and ttable is 1,676 and significant values ​​of motivation, discipline, and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Gino Guruputra Kab. Tangerang, this can be proven through a partial test (t test). The results of the F test have a significant and significant effect on employee performance. It can be seen from the results of the calculated F test of the model that is equal to 65,947 and the probability value is 0.000. So the value of Ftable with a level of = 5% and df = n-k-1 (n is the number of samples, k as a variable) can be obtained the number 2.80 because Fcount > Ftable (65.947 > 2.80) so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
