This research leads to the effect of Workload, Work Stress And Communication On Employee Performance At PT. Lloyd Pharma Indonesia, Tangerang City. This study uses quantitative methods. The population and employee samples were 165 people with 6 people as slovin samples. Data collection techniques, through observation and distributing questionnaires were tested to employees using the SPSS version 25 application. Data analysis techniques in this study used classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression and hypotheses such as t, F, and R2 determination tests. The results of this study indicate that Workload, Work Stress And Organizational Communication partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Simultaneously Workload, Work Stress And Organizational Communication together have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Lloyd Pharma Indonesia Tangerang City.
